Terms and conditions for gift vouchers

The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The electronic voucher is valid in the e-shop and in the brick-and-mortar store of papelote s.r.o.
Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of a voucher.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Its value must be used in full and in a single purchase.
If the Buyer withdraws from the Purchase Contract for any reason, or returns goods to the Seller for any other justified reason, where the goods were purchased using a redeemed Coupon, the Buyer is entitled only to a refund of the amount paid for the goods in cash in addition to the redeemed Coupon, which exceeds the value of the Coupon used to purchase the goods. The Seller may decide whether, in the cases described in the preceding sentence, to issue the Buyer a Coupon for use in a further order.
